复合管合理连接的基本原则为: The basic principles of reasonable connection of composite pipes are as follows: (1)对于相同导电类型管(即同为PNP管或NPN管):前管的e极和后管的b极相连;对于不同导电类型管:前管的c极与后管的b极相连。只有这样,才能保证两管基极电流的流通。 (1) for the same type of conductive tube (i.e. PNP tube or NPN tube), the e-pole of the front tube is connected with the b-pole of the rear tube; for different types of conductive tube, the c-pole of the front tube is connected with the b-pole of the rear tube. Only in this way can we guarantee the current flow of the two transistor base. (2)前管的ce结与后管的bc结相连,而不能与后管的be结相连。否则前管ce极受后管的be极正向结电压的限制而不能正常工作。由附表也可知,复合管的导电类型仅决定于前管。 (2) the CE junction of the front tube is connected with the BC junction of the rear tube, but not with the be junction of the rear tube. Otherwise, the CE pole of the front tube can not work normally because of the limitation of the forward junction voltage of the be pole of the rear tube. It can also be seen from the attached table that the conductive type of the composite tube is only determined by the front tube. |
