微晶铸石板的特点
一、微晶铸石主晶相为硅灰石和透灰石,也就是压延微晶和铸石的主晶相,因此微晶铸石的析晶率比压延微晶板高,晶体尺寸又比铸石微小且结晶均匀致密,故此,微晶铸石的机械强度均优于压延微晶和普通铸石。
1. The main crystalline phases of microcrystalline cast stone are wollastonite and diatomite, that is, the main crystalline phases of calendered microcrystalline and cast stone. Therefore, the crystallization rate of microcrystalline cast stone is higher than that of calendered microcrystalline plate, the crystal size is smaller than that of cast stone, and the crystallization is uniform and dense. 二、微晶铸石板采用浇注成型,工作面比较平整且结晶完全,而浇注面较粗糙,增加了各种胶泥的粘贴强度,克服了压延微晶板粘贴不牢易脱落的一大难题。
2. The microcrystalline cast slab is molded by pouring. The working face is relatively flat and crystallized completely, while the pouring surface is rough, which increases the adhesive strength of various kinds of cement and overcomes the difficult problem that the bonding of the calendered microcrystalline slab is not firm and easy to fall off.
三、微晶铸石可生产出12-20mm之间的任何厚度的板材,既增了压延微晶板不能生产大于14mm的和普通铸石不能生产小于20mm厚度板材的空白,而且在有较大物料冲击时抗冲击强度优于压延微晶薄板,安装重量又小于普通铸石板材。
3. Microcrystalline cast stone can produce sheets of any thickness between 12 and 20 mm, which not only increases the blank of calendered microcrystalline sheet which can not produce more than 14 mm and ordinary cast stone which can not produce less than 20 mm thickness sheet, but also has better impact strength than calendered microcrystalline sheet when there is a larger material impact, and the installation weight is less than ordinary cast stone sheet.
目前14-18mm厚的微晶铸石已被煤矿、电力、冶金、化工等行业认可应用非常广泛成为筒仓内衬材料设计规范的首选材料。
