铸石板衬里的设计注意事项
1.风机主要受含尘气体的冲刷和少量腐蚀,无大的冲击,铸石材里厚度以20~25毫米为宜。

2.当过风机的气体温度比较高或温度变化比较大时,要求所用铸石制品有较好的耐急冷急热性能。特别是对于重要用途的风机,每一块铸石衬板都应通过耐急冷急热检验。

3.铸石衬里的安装结构要采取胶泥粘结、板筋加固和螺栓紧固并用的联接方式。因为往往由于风机转子的平衡没有找好,或叶轮的磨损不均,使风机运转中产生振动,如果铸石板联接不牢,就会产生脱落,甚至发生事故。

6.衬铸石后如果风机涡壳工作表面与叶轮的间隙过小,则在设计铸石衬里的同时应将钢壳体尺寸相应放大。叶轮两侧与壳体的间隙,虽然对风机的工作情况影响不大,但从安装和维修的角度考虑,衬铸石后应保证每边的侧隙不小于20毫米。
