铸石简介

铸石具有很好的耐腐蚀、耐磨性能，但其韧性、抗冲击性较差，切削加工困难。铸石制品主要有铸石管、铸石复合管、铸石板和铸石料，已被广泛应用在电力、煤炭、矿山、冶金、化工、建筑等工业部门的严重磨损、腐蚀部位。可延长部件或设备的使用寿命为其它材料的十几倍乃至几十倍。由于铸石制品的韧性较差，硬度较高，难以切削加工，一般按一定形状和尺寸加工制品。其固定方式采用砌筑和镶嵌的方法。
